I do the work. Most projects ship in 2–4 weeks. You get weekly progress updates on Messenger. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

I hand over logins, recorded walkthroughs, and a written cheat-sheet. Then I'm on-call for 30 days while you get comfortable. After that, I'm a Messenger away.

Honest answers, before you book.
Do I need to know anything technical to work with TPH?
No. That's the whole point. My job is to set up the systems so you can use them without learning the technical side. You should be able to run your business, not learn HubSpot's interface.
I'll hand over a written cheat-sheet, recorded walkthroughs, and stay on call for 30 days after launch.
How much does this usually cost?
It depends on scope. A basic website is one price, a full CRM + chatbot setup is another, ongoing consulting is another. After the free consult, you get a written proposal with fixed pricing. No hourly billing, no surprises.
If you're not ready to invest yet, the consult is still free and you'll leave with an honest read on what's worth doing first.
How long does a project take?
Most projects ship in 2–4 weeks from kickoff to handoff. Websites: about 2 weeks. CRM and chatbot setups: 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. Systems audits: 1–2 weeks.
I'll commit to a timeline in writing before we start, and I send weekly progress updates.
Do you only work with businesses in Manila?
No. TPH works nationwide. Most of the work happens online (Zoom, Messenger, shared docs) so it doesn't matter where you're based. If you're outside Metro Manila, we'll meet virtually. Same delivery, same care.
What if I already have a CRM or website but it's not working?
That's actually one of the most common things I get hired for. We audit what you have, fix what's fixable, replace what isn't. You don't lose your existing data. I migrate it properly.
Sometimes the existing tool is fine and you just need a better setup. Sometimes it's the wrong tool. I'll tell you which.
What if it doesn't work out between us?
The free consult exists exactly so neither of us wastes time. If after the consult, the audit, or even during the build it becomes clear we're not a fit, we stop. You only pay for work that's been signed off.
Honesty is the policy. I'd rather not take a project than take one I can't finish properly.
